​Order Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

​Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

A flat shipping fee of $15 will be applied to all orders at checkout.

​Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

​Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

​Damages:

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [Your Email Address]. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim and include photos of the damage in your email.

​Incorrect Address:

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

​Lost or Stolen Packages:

If you believe your package was lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order.
